Castlemaine Cycling Club’s pocket rocket Chloe Jackson took out dual titles at the Victorian Time Trial and Road Race Championships at Phillip Island last Saturday.
Chloe kicked the day off with an impressive win in the 9km Time Trial. Clocking a time of 18:24, 1:37 ahead of Isabel Muscat in 2nd and Fleur Riley in 3rd.
The Road Race saw Chloe put on another strong showing crossing for line honours solo after 18km, 2:42 ahead of Indiana Weir for 2nd and Fleur Riley in 3rd.
Chloe’s mum Emma Jackson also joined in the podium efforts with a bronze in the Women’s Masters 2 Road Race.
