The 16 Days of Activism against Gender Based Violence events in Mount Alexander Shire concluded last Tuesday December 10.
One of the main activities was for local businesses and organisations to dress up their windows to raise awareness of the Respect Women: Call it Out campaign.
The Castlemaine Mail and Main FM supported the campaign whole-heartedly and both donated advertising packages as added incentives for
businesses to participate. The network drew two business names at random and are pleased to announce Portia & Co from Maldon and Embody Pilates from The Mill in Castlemaine as the winning businesses. See the Mail for the full story.
