Why do I have to log in every time I visit the site?
Users should be able to stay logged in for extended periods, but sometimes browswer settings can prohibit this. Browsers can be set to remember passwords. Here are instructions for Chrome, Safari and Firefox
How do I cancel my online subscription?
Log in and go to https://castlemainemail.com.au/account/. Then click subscriptions. Here you can cancel and manage your subscription details. You will retain access until your next billing period.
How do I change my personal details such as email?
Log in and go to https://castlemainemail.com.au/account/. Make the changes you want and then press the Save Profile button.
I can’t remember my password
Click here to reset your password. Enter your details and you will receive an email with a link to reset your password. If you can’t see it, check your junk folder. Next time you login, make sure you tick the “remember me” box.
