The ninth annual Castlemaine Mail/DON KR Castlemaine Newshounds awards were held at the Castlemaine Library foyer last Friday afternoon, December 13.

More than 50 farmers, backyard growers and equine trainers across the region grabbed their cameras (or phones) and started capturing creative images of farm life to submit to the Growing Mount Alexander Photo Competition.
