Last Saturday Mount Alexander Golf Club members were to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the opening of their clubrooms with an Anniversary Mixed event. Unfortunately it had to be called off due to the lockdown starting at 1 o’clock.
As they had already organised perishable prizes and the cake commemorating 50 years since the opening of the clubhouse, several of our members gathered for the cutting of the cake and a cuppa, before locking the clubhouse till they can play again.
